This also means that our online giving platform will change from Cornerstone Payment Systems to Tithely. Tithely is an extremely reputable online giving platform that is used by over 53,000 churches across the globe. Donors will need to discontinue any recurrent giving within the old platform (Cornerstone) and setup new recurring donations in the new platform (Tithely).  **Note: Cornerstone Payment Systems will no longer be available beginning December 1, 2026**

Poimen is making this change in response to the retirement of our longtime bookkeeper and friend of the ministry, Sheila Scroggins. Her years of faithful service have been vital to the success of Poimen as we have worked to Strengthen Pastors to Strengthen Churches. We are sad to see her transition out of this role, however, we are so grateful to have found an equally gifted replacement.

The bookkeeping team at Fervent, a Calvary Chapel serving the northern Las Vegas area (and beyond) since 1998, is assuming the responsibilities of managing Poimen Ministries' books. Their service to our ministry is a true gift and a testament to their belief in our mission. Their professional advisement and assistance is based on years of experience which will help ensure Poimen continues to effectively steward the resources God provides to us.

To discontinue recurrent donations in the Cornerstone platform, follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to https://give.cornerstone.cc/poimenministries. 
2. In the upper right corner, click "Login," and enter your login information. From here you should be directed to your account page. 
3. Locate the area on the account page labeled "Scheduled Transactions." 
4. Identify the donation you wish to discontinue and click the red "Cancel." This will remove the transaction and provide you with a banner message below the Poimen logo which indicates the donation has been cancelled. 
5. At this point, you may also choose to delete/remove any stored payment methods added to your account by clicking on the "x" next to a specific payment method listed in the section, "Payment Methods." 
6. When finished, simply return to the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner of the screen, click on your name, and then choose "Logout." At this point, you will have successfully canceled donations in the Cornerstone giving platform!

To move online giving to Tithely follow these steps:

1. Navigate to our online giving form by clicking here.
2. Complete the fields with your desired gift amount, designated fund, gift frequency.
3. Choose how you will pay (ApplePay, bank account, or credit card) and fill in the required contact and payment information.
4. Click "Give" at the bottom of the form.
5. In addition to the screen message indicating receipt of your gift, you will also receive an email receipt at the email address you provided.

Note: you are not required to set-up an online account in order to donate through Tithely. If you desire to establish an account, simply follow the prompts provided immediately following submission of your donation. Establishing an account will give you access to additional features including giving history, transaction reports, and payment method management.

You can still use online bill pay. In fact, this is our preferred option as no fees are charged, and the whole donation reaches us!

Acct No./Memo: Enter the name of the pastor or fund you'd like your donation to go to.

You can still mail in a check, it is just the address you mail it to that needs to be changed. Please now send checks to:

Yes, you will still be able to designate your donation towards a specific Poimen Pastor or other area of the ministry (such as Poimen General Fund, Podcasts, or Use Wherever Needed).

When giving by check or via bank bill pay, simply include the pastor's name in the Memo (or Account) field. When giving online, you will be asked to choose a designation via a drop down menu in the giving form. 

Our goal is to complete this donation migration by November 30, 2026. This should allow plenty of time for donors to make the necessary updates to their giving methods (check, bank bill pay, or online giving). We will, of course, be available to answer additional questions while doing our best to assist with any issues that arise during and after the migration.
